Who are we?

How to get in touch with us!
The Edmonds Theater was built in 1927 and named the Edmonds Princess Theater.

In the last five years, over $50,000 in upgrades has been completed allowing us to provide the community with first run film at affordable prices.

Located at 415 Main Street, the Edmonds Theater is located in the heart of the downtown shopping and business district. A close walk from the Edmonds waterfront, the theater is surrounded by many restaurants, retail shops and coffee houses. Browse the Edmonds Bookstore, have an early wine dinner at Olives, and complete your evening with a wonderful film at the Theater.

Whatever your pleasure, you’ll find it in Edmonds. Let the Edmonds Theater be your reason to visit, and let the other businesses your reason to talk about it.

Welcome to Edmonds.

Our Mission

The Edmonds Theater is a local fixture in the City of Edmonds, and is one of many businesses that bring non-residents into the Downtown Center.

The Edmonds Theater aims to provide each and every guest a truly wonderful, local, family experience, without sacrificing quality or cleanliness.

“CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS,” Jacque Mayo has said since he took over the Theater in 1984 – “…and that is what people remember more than anything else.”

It is the aim of the Edmonds Theater offer great movies, at affordable prices, in a clean and high-quality environment with a smile. We want movie-goers to remember their experience at the Edmonds Theater for much more than the movie that they went to see.
